One of my favorite things about chamomile tea is it’s crisp apple flavor. The two pair perfectly together. It’s no secret that chamomile tea is my favorite tea. I mention it a lot. This recipe makes me excited because I get to use beautiful chamomile to flavor one of my favorite desserts, apple crumble.

You don’t need fancy equipment or tools to make this recipe. I like to think of it as a lazy cobbler. Sometimes it’s nice to switch up the traditional pie crust with a crumble, hence the lazy part. It also makes preparing this dessert much easier and fail-proof.

I like to add a scoop (or two) of vanilla bean ice cream when I serve this dessert. It somehow accentuates the flavor of the apple crumble even more. Good luck not eating the whole thing!
