STRAWBERRY GHOSTS

If you’re looking for a super chill and instantly gratifying thing to do today, you’ve found it. These strawberry ghosts are so dang cute and I enjoyed making them way more than I expected. They’re so easy to make and are kid-friendly. They’re perfect for a Halloween party.

The first step is to melt white chocolate then dip the strawberries. I waited until my strawberries were just about to get questionable in quality. Mostly because they were all super ripe at the grocery store already. You know how it goes. But also I thought it would give a haggard look and bring out the ghost vibes a little more.

I fully submerged each strawberry right up to the stalk. Or is it a stem? Then I let quickly transferred them to a parchment lined plate so a tail would form on the bottom. It took a few minutes for them to cool but I did throw mine in the fridge while I melted some dark chocolate.

Once the dark chocolate melted, I dipped a toothpick into the chocolate and drew on the faces. This was definitely my most favorite part! It was nice to let loose and have fun with it. I highly recommend it!
