FROZEN YOGURT BARS

If you’re looking for a simple and quick snack to make that is also healthy, you’ve come to the right place. These frozen yogurt bars are the best. They’re basically frozen parfaits in cute little square shapes.

The base is Greek yogurt. I went with strawberry flavor since it’s my favorite. Vanilla would also work really well. I lined a dish with parchment paper then scooped in the yogurt and spread it evenly.

The best part is choosing the toppings. I kept mine pretty simple with blueberries granola and peanut butter but anything goes here. Here are a few toppings that would be perfect for this recipe:

  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Caramel chips
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Caramel sauce
  • Nutella
  • Maple syrup
  • Honey
  • Jam/jelly
  • Toasted coconut

Once you’ve added all of your favorite toppings, pop it into the freezer for a few hours (or overnight). When you’re ready to eat them, allow them to thaw on the counter for a few minutes before cutting them into squares.

Store any uneaten bars in the freezer and thaw for a few minutes before serving again. Although it will be pretty difficult to resist eating them all at once. I hope you enjoy them!
