PINEAPPLE PASSION REFRESHER (STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE)

I am so excited to share this pineapple passion refresher copycat recipe with you today. If you’re a Starbucks Paradise Drink fan, this one is definitely for you. It’s the perfect summertime drink and now you can make your own at home for half the cost.

The base of this recipe is white grape juice, pineapple juice and passionfruit juice. I also like to add dehydrated pineapple for the ultimate tropical summertime vibes. If you’re unable to access dried pineapple, fresh pineapple can be substituted instead. None of the grocery stores in my area had them so I ordered mine off of Amazon.

The Starbucks version contains caffeine. I am not a caffeine drinker so I left it out. If you’d prefer yours to be caffeinated then all you need to do is add green bean powder. This powder has no taste so it won’t affect the flavor at all.

If you like your refreshers to be on the creamier side, add some coconut milk. I love the creaminess but I didn’t have coconut milk on hand at the time so I made mine without, it was delicious without it.

I have to admit, I’m generally not a pineapple fan. Pineapple flavored things aren’t my favorite but I do love fresh pineapple. Have you ever tried grilled pineapple? Holy smokes, it’s SO good! It took me a long time to try Starbucks’s Paradise Drink because I thought it would taste too “artificial”. I was wrong. They’re amazing.
