3 COFFEE SYRUP RECIPES

When we opened the coffee shop, we decided right away that we weren’t going to offer coffee syrups. This was in part because most coffee syrups contain questionable and toxic ingredients and we didn’t want to slowly poison our community. Not to mention they are extremely expensive and we didn’t want to pass that cost onto our customers. While we have received some negative feedback from customers who are die hard flavored coffee fans, we choose to stick to what feels right to us. With that said, I know lots of you love to add syrup in your coffee. If that’s you, I have 3 coffee syrup recipes you’re going to love.

Cinnamon brown sugar syrup, vanilla syrup and lavender syrup are all three popular syrups that I’m going to share with you. Get out your granulated sugar and a small saucepan, we’re going to jazz up your home coffee routine. I store my syrups in small mason jars. I always have a ton lying around and they stay freshest that way.

These syrups can go much further than flavored coffees. They can also be used to sweeten baked goods and flavor cocktails. They’re great to have around.
