ICED EGGNOG LATTE

How do you feel about eggnog? I get equal reactions from both lovers and haters of the seasonal drink. If eggnog is your jam then this iced eggnog latte recipe is definitely for you.

There are two steps in this recipe. The first is to brew a fresh cup of coffee. Whether you prefer your electric coffee maker, french press or a pour over, brew it your favorite way then set it aside. The second step is to make the rich eggnog mixture. In a mason jar, pour in equal parts milk and eggnog then mix together using a frother. If you don’t have a frother, you can use a blender or do it the old fashioned way by shaking the jar. Either of these ways will work perfectly, choose whichever is easiest for you. I find that the frother makes it much easier. I used this frother here.

Pour the freshly brewed coffee over ice (about halfway) then top off with the eggnog mixture. Add whipped cream to taste then sprinkle a dash of ground nutmeg if you’re in garnishes. This recipe can also be made hot instead of iced. If you prefer your eggnog latte to be hot then simply don’t add ice. Easy breezy!

This recipe is so simple and it adds that perfect holiday feel with the eggnog. They are perfect for holiday parties (you can even add a little booze to the eggnog mixture if you really want to turn it into a party). I hope this recipe brings you joy and makes your holiday season even more special.

Cheers!
