I do know that I’m going to try to take the time to remember more next year. If you’re looking for a last minute appetizer or side-dish, you’ve found it. Orange-ginger cranberry tarts are so delicious and easy to make. It takes just a few minutes to prepare then the oven does the rest.

This recipe uses orange-ginger tea which adds a beautiful, complex warming flavor. These tarts also have sweet blueberry preserves that pairs wonderfully with the tartness of the cranberries. They’re Incredible.

You will need:

  • Puff pastry
  • A wheel of brie
  • Whole cranberries
  • Blueberry preserves
  • Orange-Ginger tea
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Fresh rosemary

Preheat your oven to 425. Then cut the puffy pastry into 8 equal rectangles. Scoop the blueberry preserves in the middle of each rectangle, leave a bit of room on the edges to avoid making a mess when folding the pastry. Infuse the butter with orange-ginger tea and combine in a mixing bowl with cranberries, brown sugar and cinnamon. Scoop the cranberry sugar mix on top then bake for 20 minutes.
